The PolyInnovator Way of Interviewing Guests on the #PolyCast [Fireside Polycast]

Summary

A short and sweet description about what I do to interview, or rather prep to interview guests on the polycast. I really love talking to people, but I knew from the beginning that Active Listening was a skill I would need to work on. From what I can tell, and have been told I've been doing well with it. In fact a friend of mine who happened to check out the show was dumbfounded about how I could stay silent for so long. lol This is because I really care about my guests, and want them to have a great experience on The Polymath PolyCast!
